Westwood’s focus on community extends not just to our residents, but also to those we work with to bring the spectacular Westwood estate to life. The Westwood Builder Breakfasts are a quarterly event created for the Westwood team to develop strong working relationships with our building partners, over hot coffee and a delicious breakfast buffet!
Our latest Builder Breakfast was held on Wednesday 22nd March at the Westwood Sales Office and it was an outstanding turnout, with over 80 attendees from builder partners such as Carlisle Homes, Metricon, Glenvill, Burbank, Simonds and many more.

Along with an opportunity to mingle and discuss the estate progress and property market, it was also a perfect occasion to provide updates on some key areas. Danielle Titterton, Sales Director of RPM Group, gave a market update and information on the buyers who have purchased in the last 12 months across Westwood Walk and Place; while Piotr Rutkowski, Senior Development Manager at Dahua Group, provided an update on Westwood’s construction and the exciting news that Westwood Place Stage 1 will be delivered soon.
“We continue to secure new deposits and our recent settlements performance has been excellent,” Piotr says. “This, combined with a strong delivery front, has provided our builder partners with a strong sense of confidence and belief that our 2023 rollout program remains on track.”
