Why do buyers choose to purchase a townhome over detached housing?
Townhome sites are located close to amenities and premium locations within land estates, compared to regular detached homes. The smaller land sizes also mean lower land prices, which is very favourable in a climate where price point is a strong pressure point.

Our designs and streetscapes are products of our own in-house architect. Leveraging off our 65- year history, tailoring designs to suit every townhome site is in our DNA. We often hear the phrase ‘turnkey’ in relation to townhomes – what does this mean?
Turnkey means what you see is what you get in terms of the house and land offering. There are no tricks or items excluded from the package. The client can select the design they want and move into their 100% finished home once construction is complete, without the hassle of having to organise landscaping or install their blinds.
