We’re thrilled to announce the construction of Westwood Place has commenced, celebrated in an official ground-breaking ceremony on Thursday March 3rd.
Westwood Fraser Rise is expanding its neighbourhood with Westwood Place construction now underway! Sitting adjacent to the original Westwood Walk, Westwood Place is the second precinct of the popular land estate located within one of Victoria’s largest growth corridors.
Having officially turned soil on Thursday March 3rd, Dahua Group alongside RPM Group and Winslow Constructors were joined by builder partners and industry representatives to mark this significant and highly anticipated occasion for the growing Westwood community.
Working alongside some of Australia’s most reputable builders, the 103.45-hectare Westwood project is one of the largest master-planned communities in Victoria’s northwest. Combined, Westwood Walk and Westwood Place will have an estimated total of 1,650 lots. The additional 672 residential lots provided by Westwood Place will address the significant growth in population that the Fraser Rise area has observed over the past few years.
Westwood Walk residents are proudly seeing the estate maturing into a warm and welcoming community, with many families enjoying the recently completed Westwood Walk Park which features an array of play equipment and a communal BBQ area.
