Step 1 – Find your perfect townhome
To request an appointment, call or book via our website and one of our friendly staff will be in touch to explain all the features and benefits of living at Westwood.
We’ll run through the townhome options available and explore which best suits your needs. The appointment can be face-to-face or over a video call, whatever suits you best!
Step 2 – Secure your home
Once you have chosen your townhome, the next step is to review a blank copy of your land contract with your conveyancer. To secure your purchase, pay a 10% deposit by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Step 3 – Sign your E-Contract
When your 10% deposit has been paid, your land contract will be issued via E-Contract and must be signed within 5 days. Please provide a copy of your driver’s license or passport, along with your conveyancer’s details to a member of the Westwood team.
The Westwood team will take you through the E-Contract and all the steps to get it signed and completed. It’s easy and stress-free! It’s important to note that you will be signing an unconditional contract, so all parties need to have completed their own due diligence before they sign. Your conveyancer or solicitor is the perfect person to provide the advice you need.
Once you sign your contract it will then be sent to the vendor to be reviewed and countersigned. Once this is done, a completed copy will be sent to your conveyancer.
Step 4 – Choose your design 0ptions
It’s time to start imagining your new home – this is the fun part! Some townhome builders will offer you a choice of two interior colour schemes, so you can impart your own personal taste to your townhome. There are often optional upgrades that you can explore to ensure your new home meets your unique requirements.
Step 5 – Settlement!
As construction at Westwood continues, our team will provide regular updates via email and through our website. The Westwood team and your conveyancer will be touch as your Title date approaches, so you can talk to your bank or broker and prepare for settlement.
Settlement will take place 14 days after your lot is Titled. Then… congratulations! It’s time for the building of your townhome to begin.
